2. Prices and Availability

The prices of our products are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT.

SCALA reserves the right to modify prices, products or terms of sale at any time and without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:

• Suspected fraud or misuse.
• Obvious errors in product prices or descriptions.

4. Shipping

Please note that SCALA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs procedures or strikes.

Our business is based in Spain, so orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any such charges, including customs fees imposed by the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns only when an item arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order placed.
• Returns must be requested within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.

6. Warranty

Our pieces are handcrafted and may present slight variations compared with the images shown on our website. These differences are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique nature of each piece.

Each piece comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and handle it in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
