Ring sizes are universal, ranging from XS to XL. You can check the template we leave below to find your right size.

How can I take care of my rings?

The rings are made of resin, which makes them resistant to water, air and dust, but they are not resistant to fire or sea. We do not recommend taking them to the beach or exposing them to the sun for long periods of time, as they may change color over time. Despite the fact that resin is a resistant material, it is important to bear in mind that any strong blow or fall can damage the piece.

Also, it is important to remember that each ring is unique and is made by hand with great care and love. For this reason, we recommend that you treat them with delicacy and love. In this way, you can enjoy it for a long time and preserve its original beauty.

 

What materials are the rings made of?

Epoxy resin and UV resin. They are high quality and resistance materials, which makes them ideal for making jewelry such as our rings. Epoxy resin is characterized by being highly resistant to wear and impact, as well as being waterproof and not changing color over time. For its part, UV resin is highly resistant to sunlight, which prevents colors from fading over time. These materials allow us to create high-quality and durable pieces, which guarantees that our rings can be enjoyed for a long time.


What are the shipping costs for domestic and international orders?

We offer free shipping for national and international orders that exceed 80 euros of purchase. For orders under 80 euros, the national shipping cost is 5 euros per destination, while the international shipping cost will be displayed on the purchase screen depending on the selected destination.

 

¿How much time does my order take to arrive?

For shipments within Spanish territory, the delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days from when the order is created. For international shipments, the delivery time is between 6 and 7 business days, depending on the destination. Once the shipment has been made, you can track it through the link that we sent you by email at the time of purchase.

There may be slight delays during the Christmas period.

 

Can I make changes or returns?

If the product has suffered any damage in transit, does not match the one you purchased or arrives defective, you have the option to send it back with costs paid and request that a new one be sent to you or your money returned. To do this, you must contact us as soon as possible via e-mail, explain and show us the problem. We will take care of solving it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
