How should I care for my pieces?

Our pieces are resistant to water, air and dust, but we recommend avoiding contact with salt water and not wearing them at the beach. It is also best to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may cause slight changes in colour or finish over time.

Although they are made of a durable material, strong impacts or drops may damage the piece, so we recommend handling it with care.

Each SCALA piece is designed and finished by hand, which means it may feature slight variations resulting from the production process. These details make every piece unique. Take good care of it and you will be able to enjoy it for a long time while preserving its original appearance.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. We offer free shipping on orders over €80, subject to the conditions applicable to each region.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Estimated delivery times from the date your order is shipped are:

  • Mainland Spain: 3 to 7 business days

  • Balearic Islands: 5 to 8 business days

  • Europe, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 to 15 business days

  • United States, countries with special shipping rates and the rest of the world: 15 to 25 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Can I exchange or return an item?

If your product has been damaged during shipping, does not match the item you purchased or arrives defective, you can return or exchange it at no additional shipping cost.

Please contact us by email as soon as possible and include a brief description of the issue along with photographs showing the problem. We will do our best to provide a solution as quickly as possible.

How are the pieces packaged?

All of our pieces are delivered in exclusive packaging designed especially for SCALA.

If you purchase several pieces in the same order, whenever possible we will ship them together in the same box to reduce unnecessary packaging.
