Shipment:

Shipments in Spanish territory take between 2 and 3 business days from the moment the order is created. For international shipments, the period is 4 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Once the shipment has been made, you can always check its tracking from the link that we send you to the email you provided when making the purchase. It is necessary to take into account any small delay caused by the Christmas season.

Shipping costs are free if the purchase exceeds 80 euros. If the amount is lower, the cost will be 5 euros per national destination. For international shipments, the cost will be reflected on the purchase screen.

Returns:

If the product has suffered any damage in transport, does not match the one you purchased or arrives defective, you will have the option to send it back with costs paid and have a new one sent to you or refund your money.

Remember that our rings are made of epoxy resin and uv resin, materials that are resistant to water, air and earth, but not to fire and the sea. We recommend not taking them to the beach or keeping them in long-term exposure to the sun to avoid color changes over time. Although the resin is a strong material, it must be taken into account that any strong blow or fall can damage the piece. Treat your rings with care, as they are unique pieces made by hand.
