If your item has been damaged during transit, does not match the order you placed, or arrives defective, you may exchange or return it at no additional shipping cost.

To arrange this, please contact us by email as soon as possible, explaining the issue and attaching photographs. We will do our best to find the most suitable solution quickly and efficiently.

Caring for your pieces Our rings and bracelets are made from materials that are resistant to water, air and dirt, but not to fire or salt water. To preserve their finish and help prevent changes in color over time, we recommend avoiding wearing them at the beach or exposing them to direct sunlight for long periods.

Although our pieces are durable, strong impacts or falls may damage them. They are made with great care and attention, and we ask that you treat them with the same care. 🖤
